Personal Mentoring Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How long does a session take?
A. Normally 45 minutes, however we will continue the session for up to 1 hour if required to complete the session.
Q. Will you mentor couples?
A. Yes
Q. How many sessions are there in the program?
A. 22 sessions over 12 months.
Q. Is there homework?
A. Yes, we will ask you to take notice of certain things between sessions. You may also be asked to take actions between sessions.
Q. Are the sessions face-to-face?
A. No, the sessions are by video conference. From time to time we may be able to schedule a face-to-face coaching session if you are in the same city as Rex & Catherine.
Q. Do I need any special equipment to do the coaching?
